Text Box: Lemon Posset Serves 4—6 Ingredients:- 1/2 litre Double cream 125g Granulated sugar 30ml Lemon juice Method:- Place cream and sugar into a saucepan. Heat gently over a low heat stirring continuously. When the cream begins to thicken remove from heat and add the lemon juice. Divide the mixture between serving bowls/glasses. Leave to set in fridge. Serve on its own or with a mixed berry compote.
